Today I got the last part of the Harry Potter saga, it came in the mailbox during the time I was at work. The DVD actually comes out tomorrow but since I pre-order it it came earlier :)

Yeap it's time to go back to Germany... Haven't been there since end of July 2009... This time unfortunately I will only be there about 3 whole days ;(

I'm going with train at 6.30 and arriving at Arlanda at 8. I'm flying from Stockholm at 9 o'clock. Landing in Frankfurt am Main at 11.20 and then I have to wait almost 2 hrs until my train leaves to Cologne train station.. where I will arrive at 2pm. AND then I have until Sunday !! :) I leave Köln/Bonn airport at 13.25 and arrive at Arlanda at 15.25. My bus home goes at 16.24 and arriving in Västerås at 18.07...

It's gonna be nice to meet my friends and be in the city that I like so much...

Milow in Stockholm on the 17th of October

On Monday, the 17th of October, I went to Stockholm for a new concert of Milow.
First time I saw and meet Jonathan was in Holland on the Pinkpop festival in Landgraaf in may 2009.
This was my third time that I meet him.

I came to Stockholm at 3' o clock. I took a walk to Nalen to see how long time it would take for me to walk from Nalen to the metro station, where I was going to take the metro home to Christina in the night.. I meet up with Jeanette and Debbie that are some really Milow fans. At 5 I meet up with Camilla and Christina to have dinner before the concert that started at 8. It was a really nice concert that ended around 11.

Hi all,

I know it's been a long time since I last wrote and I will try to do my best now in the future... I will tell you know what I have been up to since last time..

JUNE:
I worked my last days at my 2 works, tried to do some of my own homework and being with the exchange students. On the 21st of June I went to the airport and then the next day I flew with my co-worker and 35 kids to UK, then travelling in bus to Torquay...

JULY:
Until the 12th of July I worked in Torquay with the 2 last days in London. Came home and thank good that I meet my friend Sandra so she gave me a ride home :) THANKS. My aunt and cousin was here from Mexico so I spent 3 days with them before they returned. Then I took care of Annabelle ( a dog) for a week. Tried to study and do some homework.German REUNION.. 5 years ( and some months) since we lived together in Cologne, Germany in 2006. Out of the 21 in the class 7 of us meet up and had some lunch and coffee.

AUGUST:
Doing some homework and then I started working on the 24th at "my" 4-9 year school, how long I don't know... but at least until 1 of November

STS work in Torquay, Devon.

So here I have been living for 3 weeks, in Torquay in the county of Devon in United Kingdom. I have worked as a activity leader for 45 kids ( 17 from Finland and 28 from Sweden). In total we where about 120 kids on 7 leaders. The kids had half a day school and half a day activities. And we also had longer excursions like to Newquay, Cornwall, and Exeter, the capital in Devon. In the end, the 2 last days on the trip, we also went to London...

well have to tell you what I have been up to the last weeks...to be honest not much since I have had work x 2 and Uni x 4 and everything around that but some other things I have manage to do :) !

Since last time I wrote I have had my birthday,

been to my girls (that I teach Spanish and German to) graduation

and last activity /dinner with IC.

Tomorrow I will go to the airport and on Wednesday I'm "moving" to United Kingdom for 3 weeks.. gonna live in Torquay working there as a activity leader for a language school.

well I known it for almost a month now, but with so much happening I have forgotten to tell it to you here :) I talked about this job in one of my blog entries from like march or something... well the 11th of April I got a mail that said that they wanted me to work in Torquay ( pronounced Tor-kee according to my friends in London). So tree weeks from end June to mid-July I will be working there and hanging around with 45 kids... I had to google Torquay to now anything about the place (since I still haven't been there) and this is what I found, thanks to wikipedia.

Torquay is a part of Torbay in the county of Devon. It has grown together with it's neighbour city Paignton. Torquay is know as the English Riviera with 35 km long sand beaches, palm trees and a very hot climate. Torquay is also the home town of Agatha Christie.

what a day... I woke up early, thanks to my dad that came in and told me to get up... So in the morning from 6.30 until 10.37 when the bus from home to the central station went I did as followed... eat breakfast, did my lunchbox, vacuum cleaned my room and the living room, showered,went down to the basement with my bedlinen and clothes,packed the last things, bought a bus ticket home, talked to mum, dad and the Uni and then I walked to the bus stop.

I took the bus and came to the central around 10.45... we had said that we where going to meet at 11 o'clock since the bus to the airport went 11.20.. I was all alone, but just when I was going to sit down Madde came.. whooo.. 2/4 of the gang was gathered. We went to the bus since I want to sit on the first rows since I get carsick :/ .. As we went to the bus I meet some of my kids from school where I work as a substitute teacher.. they have had a Comenius project with schools from Turkey, Czech Republic,England and France. So yesterday the Turks where going home and went on the same bus as us... I think the people on the bus was a little annoyed at us since we talked the whole way from home to the airport.

We came to the airport safe and sound. And we printed out our bag tags and went to the bag drop. We walked around the airport a little and then we went in to the gate.. We are 4 girls and this makes it a small problem when we are flying... since the seating in the planes are 2people walkingpath 3people.. so this made it that Madde and me had to sit next to a stranger. And yes he was funny and strange at the same time.. It was a little (14 year old) boy that talked constantly for the whole trip that we had next to us. Seriously he was over social... at that age I was not that talketiv to people that I have just meet.

following fashion trends has never been my thing.. I have always tried to do my own thing and wear what I like instead of what is hip and cool. My wardrobe is very dark... to say the least.... it's very much black, grey and denim and I have only a few spots of colour in there... But right now I'm actually kind of wanting to follow a trend.... jumpsuits... I have liked it a ling time but never found one that I like... but now the fashion is just jumpsuits in different colours (of course I want it in black)... this is what I see myself wearing when we are in London...

This with some kind of biker jacket, sunglasses, black wedges and chunky gold jewellery, like rings, necklaces and earrings would do really good.

on Friday afternoon I went to the museum with Madde and Rotsarin to see their exhibitions... well to be honest that wasn't much so instead we went to the archives and started to dig up some info about my family, since I knew they have been mentioned in a exhibition about the neighbourhoods in Västerås. And what do I find?!?! A hole freaking folder with stories and pictures about my grandfather and his siblings and parents.. HAPPINESS for me.

This is a picture of the family in 1926. from left to right: Willy Lindberg (that died of TBC), Ernst Allan Lindberg (my grandfather), Nils Åke Lindberg, their father Nils Johan Lindberg (born in Ystad, but got banned from working in southern Sweden after organising a strike and therefore moved to Västerås), their mother Rut Hildegard Lindberg (born Lundgren in Norrköping) and Kurt Lennart Lindberg.

I was talking to Madde before we where going to the museum and she talked about this exhibition about Asea, the company where my great grandfather Nils Johan worked at... so I started to call around to different authorities both here in Västerås and southern Sweden, Ystad and Helsingborg.

Sunday and Monday I was in Stockholm for a job interview. I came to Stockholm on Sunday afternoon and took the Metro out to Globen where they had the information meeting for

after the meeting I went to see my friend, well to spend some quality time with him since the last time I saw him was in November. We eat some

after some quality time I took 1 bus and 1 metro to Millski and Gunnari to stay at there place and then have the interview on Monday morning.

So at 9 o'clock on Monday I started my way back to Globen to have the interview between 10.00-10.30 for then catching my train back home at 11.07... I came just in time so I didn't miss the train to come home and have lesson with my kids at school... It was hectic and I was really tired in the evening.

instead of doing my homework I have started to do a London Guide for the week we will be there.. I have done like a small booklet with front page and then a guide for each day with what tube to take, how long time it takes to walk from one place to the other (with a map) and things to visit :) I LOVE going on Holidays.

Yesterday 3/4 of the girls meet at Rossa's place and I told them about my plan and we also made a list of the things to bring.. humm.. yeah that's us :)It will probably be longer or shorter depends on the weather and if we need other things.

Only 10 ½ weeks left :)

yeah that would be me then :P ..... Once long time ago I had over 60 pairs of shoes and my dad calls me Imelda Marcos... This Saturday my mum and me went to a store to buy clothes, which we in the end didn't do, but we entered the store next door and it's a shoe shop... paradise for me.. so I walk out from there with 4 pairs.. oops ^^ But when I came home I did a clean out from my wardrobe so I threw away 3 pairs (pink slippers, black ballerinas and a pair of white Warp shoes) and I also went down (to my bag of things to give away) with 2 pairs... One pair of yellow ballerinas that are to small for me and a pair of black lace-up shoes that are to big (!?)

But this is what I bought:

a pair of black boots (which I found out yesterday that they are perfect to have on a night out dancing), a pair of pink doted rubber boots and two pairs of ballerinas in black and gold :)

Today we went to Pizza Hut... a thing we haven't done in like ages... must have been when I was little... We had a Hawaii pizza. It was so good.. So we went to ICA and I bought my favs...

so... two weeks ago we finally bought the flights to London from the 18th to the 24th of April. We will fly to London with SAS and home with British Airways...woop woop. We have also paid the deposit for the hostel in north London (Hendon Central).... this will be like Cologne 2009 when we spent some days together. I have already started to do a guide plan.... have to be prepared for all :)We are going to do the "normal" stuff like Harrods, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, London Eye, Tower Bridge etc.... I still think we should go to Ministry of Sound and party hard ^^

Today my mum went home to Mexico to visit the family. She will be there until the beginning of December... so not long time, but time enough to be with the family. This morning mum woke me up at 6.20, cos here bus was leaving at 6.40. Still a sleep I walked up from the bed and down the stairs to see here off. After that my mum left I went up again to continue to sleep and just woke up since my mum called from Arlanda to say that she was on the way.

Today was the first day at work. For 10 days ago, on Friday the 5th, I went on a job interview and after 20 min with the boss I got the job :)I'm the new Spanish and German teacher of a upper secondary school here in Västerås. I have 4 students in German and 3 in Spanish. It's not much but it's only cos the school only has 60 students divided into 3 classes.

tomorrow I'm gonna invade Diego's place until Sunday afternoon... hahahaha.. Cos tomorrow I'm going to Stockholm to celebrate Dia de los Muertos.. and also the fact that I have now a job :O)

I'm going to Södra Teatern where the celebration will take place... It's something called Hootchy Kootchy Club. There will be a carnival prossession first, then Astrid Hadad a Mexican cabaret artist and then finally some wrestling... or lucha libre as we say in Mexico. This is gonna be exited:)

well tomorrow I have to fix my hair and pack the bag, get the food ready...I have made some gelatina and take out some nnole from the freezer., at half 3 walk down to the busstation an take the buss. come to Stockholm and get a hold of Diego so I have somewhere to sleep, get the tickets, change my clothes and meet a special lady... Millsk :)

after Östasiatiska museet we walk the whole way back to Stockholms slott and to the old town. We came at 12 to the castle and at 12.15 there was the changing of the guards, but we sneaked in to Storkyrkan before to have a look at St. George and the dragon. We watched a little of the changing of the guards (cos we have seen it so many times that it is boring) and the we headed to Chokladkoppen at Stortorget next to Nobel museum. We order some blueberry pie, spinach sop, white chocolate cheesecake to eat and hot chocolate, cappuccino and a coffee with white chocolate to drink. After all the eating we walked to Söder, to go to the Sidenväveriet.

on Saturday I went with my parents to Stockholm... it was 27 years ago that my dad took my mum for the first time to Stockholm so they decided that we where going to have a museum day in the capital :)

We seriously woke up to early, around 6.30. I had already prepared what I was wearing and having with me the day before... but what took time for me was getting out from bed and make up. The train was leaving 8 in the morning so we had to leave from home around 7.20 or 7.30 to be on time. In my family we are very time optimists, but we did buy the tickets and got on the right train in time... so 9 o'clock we where in Stockholm. We walked the long way to Östasiatiska museet that opened at 10... we watched people fishing in Stockholms ström and we had to guide a lonely chines man to the Tourist information. We came to the museum about 20 to 10 and there was already a queue.

After the Terracotta exhibition we went up to the "real" museum to have a look there to.

today it started to snow for the first time.... well in my opinion.. Madde said it was snowing last Friday but I didn't see any of that so for me the first snow came today around 12 o'clock. It wasn't much but it sure was some white flakes that was falling down. Just now before I went up to the second floor I looked at the thermometer and it was -1. Well they said that it was going to snow during the day but in the night even more. We will see tomorrow if there is laying any snow on the ground when we wake up.

or not..... I was planing on going to Paris to visit Tobi, who now lives there. But I think I will have to wait with that to things calm down in France...

2) They are demonstrating so all flight traffic is cancelled

3) They are demonstrating against the pension-reform that the government want to do from 62 years to 65 years 60 years to 62 years that eventually will be 67 years like in many other countries in Europe (hey that's what we have in Sweden! they will even raise it to 67 years)

4) what else... well something more oh yeah I don't have any money so I can't go right now ; /
oh I remember one thing more to complain about ... the French can't even speak their own language... ha... like the french minister Brice Hortefeux.. he was going to say "empreintes digitales" ( "fingerprints") but said "empreintes génitales" ( something like "genital prints").

I fricking love my godmother.. She came by for a hour or so, she is still here but doing Qigong with my mum downstairs right now. I was listening to Rap Das Armas when I hear that someone is sing with in the song, so I turn around and see my godmother walking to my room with a small bag from H&M... she had been down town and sawn some things that she bought to me as a gift... nawwww.. I like that :)

Some day ago my friend Maria and I where going to watch a German film called Keinohrhasen with Til Schweiger.. I was 100% positive that I hadn't seen it before but unfortunately in the end both of us couldn't make it. Today I thought about it again and looked up the film on internet and then I remembered that I have seen it! It's a very good film about love and I always cry when she discovers that she has fallen for him.

But hey just look at him no wonder that women falls for him. (and he is single with 4 Kids)
Well so I looked at it again today and also saw that they have done a second part Zweiohrküken...that I know that I haven't seen cos it came in December last year ...but I do know that I have seen him in King Arthur where he is a Viking. and I know that I also will see him in Quentin Tarantinos film Inglorius Bastards when I feel like watching it cos it's been waiting for me on my computer the whole year..

at Uni this week we have had October fest and just for that I have fixed my hair and done braids in my hair...german style :) but before I had some fun with my hair and did some different things :)

after fixing and trixing with my hair for a long time until I got it like I wanted I went down town to fix some things and then I went to Kåren...I didn't have any planes made up with my friends, I just went there to see which friends where there and hang with them...

My dear friend T has moved to PARIS and some day ago we where talking to each other....after a while of talking he tells me that he now lives in Paris and will do so until next summer cos he is now studying his last year on a University in Paris that he always wanted to attend. Me, as the evil bitch I am, says " Well can't find it and anyway I can't visit you". Why open my mouth, I can never learn to shut up... I get the answer..."Oh, your not coming??" aouch....sorry I could fell the pain he had after my comment... The fact is that I really want to go to Paris. I haven't been there since March 2006 and we where only there for less then 6 hrs and it was raining all the time....AND I really miss T to, I haven't seen him since April last year when we surprised him at his flat ;)

So now I will have to hurry up with my homework, start working and go to the city of LOVE!!!

And when I came to a music video with Shakira I felt like I have seen it before...well yeah seen the video before but this was more of something in the video that I have seen in an other video... so I started to watch some more to figure out what was bugging me... well then I came to the conclusion.. it was something that I had seen in one of Beyoncé's videos the one to "If I were a boy" that also was in the new Shakira video to her song "Give it up to me"....

On Friday the 10th of September my "bro" Marcos had his presentation of his thesis... and of course as a good big sister I am I went with him to Uni to listen to his presentation and also take pictures... and perhaps moral support ( what do I know). 35 minutes of talking about Real-Time Databases, spikes, embedded libraries, soft and hard databases etc.....
