Workday

Today was the first day at work. For 10 days ago, on Friday the 5th, I went on a job interview and after 20 min with the boss I got the job :)I'm the new Spanish and German teacher of a upper secondary school here in Västerås. I have 4 students in German and 3 in Spanish. It's not much but it's only cos the school only has 60 students divided into 3 classes.

I was in Stockholm this weekend and I meet Diego, Camilla, Rossa & Henrik, Jenny and Josefin.

Oh Stockholm

tomorrow I'm gonna invade Diego's place until Sunday afternoon... hahahaha.. Cos tomorrow I'm going to Stockholm to celebrate Dia de los Muertos.. and also the fact that I have now a job :O)

I'm going to Södra Teatern where the celebration will take place... It's something called Hootchy Kootchy Club. There will be a carnival prossession first, then Astrid Hadad a Mexican cabaret artist and then finally some wrestling... or lucha libre as we say in Mexico. This is gonna be exited:)


well tomorrow I have to fix my hair and pack the bag, get the food ready...I have made some gelatina and take out some nnole from the freezer., at half 3 walk down to the busstation an take the buss. come to Stockholm and get a hold of Diego so I have somewhere to sleep, get the tickets, change my clothes and meet a special lady... Millsk :)
Camilla and me this spring when we lived in Barcelona together...last time I saw her was the 3rd of June, her last day in Spain..

More Stockholm

after Östasiatiska museet we walk the whole way back to Stockholms slott and to the old town. We came at 12 to the castle and at 12.15 there was the changing of the guards, but we sneaked in to Storkyrkan before to have a look at St. George and the dragon. We watched a little of the changing of the guards (cos we have seen it so many times that it is boring) and the we headed to Chokladkoppen at Stortorget next to Nobel museum. We order some blueberry pie, spinach sop, white chocolate cheesecake to eat and hot chocolate, cappuccino and a coffee with white chocolate to drink. After all the eating we walked to Söder, to go to the Sidenväveriet.

Stockholm

on Saturday I went with my parents to Stockholm... it was 27 years ago that my dad took my mum for the first time to Stockholm so they decided that we where going to have a museum day in the capital :)

We seriously woke up to early, around 6.30. I had already prepared what I was wearing and having with me the day before... but what took time for me was getting out from bed and make up. The train was leaving 8 in the morning so we had to leave from home around 7.20 or 7.30 to be on time. In my family we are very time optimists, but we did buy the tickets and got on the right train in time... so 9 o'clock we where in Stockholm. We walked the long way to Östasiatiska museet that opened at 10... we watched people fishing in Stockholms ström and we had to guide a lonely chines man to the Tourist information. We came to the museum about 20 to 10 and there was already a queue.






After the Terracotta exhibition we went up to the "real" museum to have a look there to.

Snow

today it started to snow for the first time.... well in my opinion.. Madde said it was snowing last Friday but I didn't see any of that so for me the first snow came today around 12 o'clock. It wasn't much but it sure was some white flakes that was falling down. Just now before I went up to the second floor I looked at the thermometer and it was -1. Well they said that it was going to snow during the day but in the night even more. We will see tomorrow if there is laying any snow on the ground when we wake up.

I fricking love my godmother.. She came by for a hour or so, she is still here but doing Qigong with my mum downstairs right now. I was listening to Rap Das Armas when I hear that someone is sing with in the song, so I turn around and see my godmother walking to my room with a small bag from H&M... she had been down town and sawn some things that she bought to me as a gift... nawwww.. I like that :)

The Thesis Day

On Friday the 10th of September my "bro" Marcos had his presentation of his thesis... and of course as a good big sister I am I went with him to Uni to listen to his presentation and also take pictures... and perhaps moral support ( what do I know). 35 minutes of talking about Real-Time Databases, spikes, embedded libraries, soft and hard databases etc.....

New Term, New Erasmus-students

I came back home the 26th of August. My mum and my "bro" Marcos came to pick me up. Marcos is one of the old Erasmus-students that has come back to do his Thesis presentation and during the time he has to do that he is living with my family and me..actually in my room....hahahah poor Marcos....living in my PINK room with all this girly things like make-up, shoes, clothes and Hello Kitty things :)
