Park nr 4

Isabelle was on visit for a week and we kind of made the team parks... Cos this day we went to no more than 2 parks at the same day... First we went shopping at Diagonal Mar, an expensive story and then we went to both Park Güell and Park de Guinardo ( or as we say the graffiti park). I will take the others up there if they have the time..

Park nr 3

Yet again I went to a park... this time with Isabelle and Robin. We went to Jardin de Cervantes, the garden with the many roses. The air was full of an incredible sent when we entered.

Park nr 2 on our list

On Sunday the 2nd of May we also went to a park in the suburbs of the city. To Parc del Laberint in the district Horta-Guinardó. We went of at the wrong metro station, but we still had some fun, then asked a gentleman at the station if he could guide us the way to the park and of course like a nice man he was directed us in the way to the Parc del Laberint. We had to walk up the mountain but then we entered a new world...

Park nr 1 of our to do list

Ida and me decided that we should explore the city some more... well not only the city centre and all the tourist stuff that our city has to offer. So we decided to explore the gardens and park's of Barcelona.

So the first one we went to was Jardin de Pedralbes at the metro stop Palau Real, actually next to Camp Nou, on the first of May.

Tour Camp Nou

On the 30th of April (yeah I know.....) we, Robin and me, went to Camp Nou..It was time to pay that expensive fee and have a walk around at Camp Nou. I had already been there on a game in February with Hans-Christop when Barca played against Malaga. But now it was time to see the whole stadium. And yeah we did see the whole stadium.. from the dress rooms of the players until the presidential lounge.. It was f***ing amazing to stand where the big guys have been and see where they walk before every game. It was worth the 17 € I had to pay for the fee to come in.. A place I would recommend you all to go to.

Update

yeah I know, it's been long time again... but I has been a lot at work, school and Catalan course and I have been ill. So here comes an update from the month of april in some pictures ;)


Home made Churros for 4 girls, it was just great and we have to do it more before we leave!!

Ida turned 25 years and became this happy when she got this CD/DVD vinyl of "El Canto del Loco" in the mexican restaurant Dostrece at C/Carme and C/ Doctor Dou in Barcelona.

We went to the beach and I kind of got a sunburned, cos I forgot my bra on for 15 mins... that has to be fixed before the wedding....

We went to Big J´s to have a goodbye dinner for Ella that was going home to Luleå

On Friday night we went out to the suburbs of Barcelona to see Johan and Josefin represent the Rock and Classics party with bands like Medina Azahara... that was an experience...but we had fun and the night gave us many memories ;)

Everythings the same

my days here in Barcelona are turning into routine and boredom. I have done the same thing to long time now and it's not funny anymore. I always start my day at waking up around 6.30 to 7.00 depending on how lazy I'm. At 7.30 I walk to work and start an half an hour later.I fill up the dishwasher,take the plates out from the machine and I dry them. I clean tables, fix the tables with plates,coffee cups and cutlery and refill the food for the breakfast buffet. At noon I always start with filling up the mini bars in all the 115 rooms of the hotel...one hour later(hopefully)I'm done and can go down to eat my lunch... after that I clean some more plats and then I'm off. Walking home takes me about 30 mins. I do my catalan homework and then off to the course... from 19.00 to 21.45 and then home at 22.00 to do homework, eat and finally sleep ;)

everything is on routine and it bugs me!

Hello Doctor

so today, like sooooooon, I'm off to the doctor here in Raval.. I have been home from work Monday, Tuesday and today... I have had fever and all the other symptoms that you have when you are ill.. Yesterday I also had a BIG dip, it was just negative thinking from my part yesterday but today is a NEW day! I have been dragging this visit to the doctor since Monday... cos I have a fear for doctors. I might just bee the fact that the hospital was my second home when I was little or the fact that doctors never can find a problem with me when I'm there.. But I'm prepared with a note today with all the symptoms that I have /had in Spanish.. So now just on with my clothes and walk the short way to the doctor... I will update you later on what I have ;)
